But if you’re not trying to learn every dance on the app (same), fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner of MadFit whipped up this 15-minute dance workout, which turns eight of the most popular TikTok songs into a cardio routine.

According to her comment section, it’s way harder than it looks! The dance moves are all about cardio, but the mixture of body-weight exercises like squats, lunges, and punches get your muscles working.
