Youth Dies After Getting Hit by Train While Making TikTok Video

Karachi – Pakistan: Apparently shooting a TikTok stunt video, a 22-year-old young man lost his life after being hit by a train in Karachi.

The young man, identified as Kashif Arshad son of Imtiaz resident of Bhains Colony, Karachi.

Kashif was hit by a train in an attempt to shoot TikTok video at Jummah Goth railway station in Bhains Colony under the area limits of Landhi police station.

The group of young boys were filming a video for the TikTok app. Kashif was running on the railway track while making the video when the train hit him causing critical head injuries. His friends took him to hospital where he passed away due to severe injuries.

On recovering his body, the Landhi railway police said in a statement.

He went to the central railway line in the locality in the evening and sat on the railway track to shoot a TikTok video.

The deceased was running on the railway track when a train’s engine hit him causing a severe head injury. However, his friends who were shooting the video remained safe. His friends managed to shifted the victim to Jinnah Hospital on a motorcycle in critical condition where he had succumbed to his wounds upon arrival.

The people who had come along with him confirmed that he was making a TikTok video while looking at the train.
