TikTok Launches Resumes To Apply For Jobs With Video Resumes

TikTok is launches job recruitment feature. TikTok has launched a program that allows users in the US to apply for job opportunities by tagging TikTok videos using the #TikTokResumes hashtag. TikToker can see a list of the companies that are taking part in the program, as well as the opening jobs, by visiting TikTok’s dedicated resumes website.

Various companies are taking part in the program

Shopify, Chipotle, Target, WWE, Alo Yoga, Contra, Movers+Shakers and the Detroit Pistons are taking part in this program. Applicants can apply for the first set of jobs till July 31st.

TikTok Resumes is a pilot program designed to continue expanding and enhancing TikTok as a new channel for recruitment and job discovery. We’re teaming up with select companies and inviting job seekers to apply for entry-level to experienced positions with some of the world’s most sought-after employers, including Shopify, Chipotle, Target, WWE, Alo Yoga, Contra, Movers+Shakers, and many more, with a TikTok video resume.

The candidates use TikTok clips to showcase their skillsets and experiences, then post them to the app using the #TikTokResumes tag in their caption. There’s a dedicated TikTok Resumes website where you can get inspiration and tips for your personal video pitch, and search through listed openings. A User can apply to any listed job by providing a link to your TikTok video.
